Andrew Glaze

As the CEO of Equitable Capital, Andrew Glaze brings a wealth of expertise to the realm of media private equity. At West Point Andrew developed discipline and leadership skills. After serving as a Captain in the United States Army, including a tour in Baghdad, he attended Columbia Business School, focusing on Value Investing under luminaries like Warren Buffet.

A Chartered Financial Analyst, Andrew began his finance career in investment banking at Merrill Lynch. Andrew's investment leadership roles at Claar Advisors and Standard General deepened his understanding of the industry. His contributions extend to board service on NASDAQ:MDIA and NASDAQ:NCMI, reflecting his commitment to shaping the media landscape through astute decision-making and strategic leadership. Reggie Tucker

Strategic Advisor

Reggie Tucker stands as a pivotal figure in the private markets landscape. At OCERS, as the right-hand man to the Chief Investment Officer and Head of Private Markets, Tucker's responsibilities included Private Equity, Venture Capital, Real Assets, Infrastructure, and Real Estate. Before his tenure at OCERS, Tucker honed his investment acumen at the New York Common Retirement Fund (NYCRF) as a Senior Investment Officer. Here, he managed the Absolute Return and Opportunistic Portfolios, delving into various domains such as Private Equity, Public Credit, Private Credit, and Hedge Funds.Tucker's earlier experiences include a stint as an Investment Officer for Alternative Investments at the Connecticut Retirement Plans where he managed the Emerging Manager portfolios for Private Equity and Venture Capital, also establishing a new Emerging Manager Hedge Fund allocation.

Reggie holds a Bachelor's degree from New York University and an MBA from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. Reggie Tucker is a passionate artist specializing in Recycled Abstract art. He actively participates in shows and galleries in Los Angeles and Long Beach, demonstrating his creativity and engagement with the community.
